Laurel Siberts is a long standing Site Manager with Bocal Majority. Laurel is a performer and music educator in Northern Virginia. She was a member of US Army Bands in Massachusetts, Texas and Hawaii, and performs with a variety of orchestras, bands and chorales in Virginia. She has a private oboe studio and works with woodwinds and pit percussion at schools in Prince William County. Laurel was excited to discover the BMOO team at the Oklahoma IDRS Convention in 2010 and was even more excited to bring the program to Virginia. She has a degree in music from the University of Oklahoma and her teachers include Dr. Sally Bennet-Faulconer and Ada Saunders.
